Students listen during a session over Sexual Harrassment. Amy (far right) is wearing a "bullying sign." These signs had bullying statistics written on them. If a student was given one, they could no longer talk. This signified the millions of bullying victims that are afraid and stay silent when getting picked on.
Students attend a session discussing Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, given by
Mrs. Beck. She explained the dangers mothers can have on their babies when they drink while pregnant. She demonstrated by placing eggs in different alcohol drinks, and showing the terrible effects of what happened.
Blake, Tara, and Isaya were put through a mock arrest and trial that started when Tara started to "bully" another student, Bertha. When the two girls began to "fight", The Earth Police "arrested" Tara, and Isaya and Blake ran in to save her. They spent the day in orange jumpsuits and handcuffs. The Municipal Judge, Christy Clark, held a trial for the three, and sentenced them accordingly. The students were able to see the consequences of bullying.
(Left) Jody Wilson, whose messsage to students was that "Life happens and we don't get to vote!"
