Mrs. Williams graduated from Burges High School in El Paso, Texas. She attended the University of Texas at El Paso and Texas Tech University where she finished getting her Bachelors degree. She then attended the University of Texas at Permain and finished at West Texas A&M University with her Masters. Her family consist of her daughter, April Louise, who is married and teaches kindergarten at Amarillo Windsor Elementary. Her son, John Arthur, is a designer at Utilities Engineering in Amarillo. Her youngest son, James David, is married and an industrial engineer with CCC Group near Tampa, Florida. Oh yeah, she has a Siamese cat, Chester. Mrs. Williams loves to read, listen to books on her MP3 player, sew, loves serging, and watching TV.
