Mr. M.W. wants to be a teacher so he can have a positive influence on kids. He went to college for five and a half years to become a teacher. He went to college at Texas Tech University, and then he went to Eastern New Mexico University where he played football for the Greyhound football team. He's going to teach Special Education which means he will teach a variety of subjects. He wants to teach 9th grade through 12th grade. Mike has always enjoyed sports, especially football and track, so he would like to coach football. When he was in school they didn't have many computers. They also didn't have the D.A.R.E. program,but they did have dogs come to check for drugs. They also had FFA and UIL. M.W.'s favorite subject is Language. He played percussion in band. M.W. says S-E is a great school to attend. He encourages us to go to college.
