The students were welcomed to the International Cultural Center.

A "nurse" asked questions of the "immigrants." After this questioning and physical examinations, some were refused entrance into the United States.

A film about Ellis Island and the early immigrants was shown.

Upon leaving the International Cultural Center, each student was presented with an American flag.
