Ag Booster Scholarship

Heather and Curt have been awarded the senior ag boosters scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each. The National FFA Organization has announced that Heather is a recipient of a National FFA Foundation Scholarship sponsored by Ford Motor Company in the amount of $1,000. Congragulations to both students. Heather plans to attend South Plains College, while Curt will be going to Texas A&M.

DeKalb Outstanding Senior Accomplishment Award winners are Curt and Heather.


Guthry Edwards received an internship with USDA in Washington, DC and will be in Washington all summer long working in the department.

Houston and San Antonio Calf Scramble Entries

Anyone interested in participating in calf scrambles need to get in touch with me as soon as possible. We will draw for those at the ag teacher's conference in July.


The State FFA Convention

will be in Ft. Worth. If you want to be on the list and make plans for the trip, get in touch with me. In addition to the convention, possible activities include Rangers Baseball and Six Flags.
